Objective of the work - perfection of technology of enrichment of magnetite iron ores by use of MG-devices on the basis of definition of laws of their work and influence on parameters of products of enrichment. Methods of the researches are theoretical and experimental under industrial conditions. On the subject matter for MG-devices of type MGK-PP, MGS-5 and MGS-9 there were established dependences of parameters of enrichment from regime and technical characteristics, there were developed model concepts of separation of the thin iron-ore suspensions at MG-enrichment, there were carried out analytical researches of the parameters of MG-devices and new technologies with their use on the basis of the results of industrial tests. Scientific value of the results consists in the following: in development of mathematical model of separation of the ore suspension in the MG-devices, this allows to predict result of their use; in development of data information support (dependences of parameters of enrichment in MG-devices: MGK-PP, МGS-5, МGS-9 from technological and regime characteristics), on the basis of which methods of management by work of the devices and new technologies with their use are developed, in particular, for "Inguletsky GOK" and "Severny GOK"; in an establishment of dependences of influence of MG-devices on adjacent operations and final parameters of enrichment for diagrams with 2 and 3 multi-stage grinding of ore. The practical significance of work consists that technologies with MGS-9 and MGK-PP are developed and implemented in conditions of "Lebedinsky GOK" at 2 and 3 multi-stage grinding of ore, providing an increase of productivity on ore on 7-10 % at scheduled or higher (on 0,5 %) quality of a concentrate. With use MGS-5, MGK, MAS on 8 sections of workshop №1 are implemented two new technologies - for manufacture of a concentrate with quality of 69,5-70 % and energy-saving technology allowing at scheduled quality of a concentrate to lower consumption of power on 10-15 %. Advancing paces has industrial development of devices MGS-5, MGS-9 - has 100 % on ROF-1 and ROF-2 of " Poltavsky GOK" and 100 % in workshops N1 (8 sections) and N4 (4 sections) of " Lebedinsky GOK".
