The methods of synthesis of superparamagnetic nanoparticles Fe3S4 and magnetic-luminescent composites Fe3S4@ZnS were developed. It was shown that the increasing of Fe3S4 crystallites size leads to the increasing of blocking temperature while the anisotropic constant diminishes. Nanocomposites ZnO/NN(o-OH)Ph (NN(o-OH)Ph - о-hydroxyphenylnitronyl nitroxide radical) were obtained, it was found that the quenching of ZnO luminescence occurs at it's binding with NN(o-OH)Ph. It was shown that the interaction of solid polyoxometalates containing tetramine nickel(II) or copper(II) cations with water solution of silver nitrate leads to the forming of silver nanoclusters with size 6 - 10 nm. It was found that the redox processes passing depends on cationic as well as on anionic component of polyoxometalate complex.
