The aim of this work is to inform the specialists of AC"Ukrtransgas" about the state the regulation basis of the gas transportation branch. The research method is the analysis of the regulations catalogues, newsletters in order to reveal changes and to introduce the list of the regulations of the directions of the activity if AC"Ukrtransgas". The result of this work, which is giving timely information about the state of regulations basis, gives an opportunity to exclude mistakes, which may occur because of using regulations that are invalid in Ukraine. The sphere of application are the branches of AC"Ukrtransgas", their departments, Direction of the apparat of AC"Ukrtransgas". This work is expected to have an scientific and technical effect, that will result in reduce of search time and receipt of the information about the regulations, that are necessary for effective ant qualitative operation of the gas transporting system, by the specialists.
