Objective of research: Realization of State monitoring of changing of fertility soil factors and soil contamination of toxic and radionuclide pollutant, rational use of agricultural lands. Methods of research: It was studied according to guidance normative document "Ecological and agrochemical passport system of fields and ground areas, 1996; "Strategies of agrochemical passport system of agricultural lands",2003; State Sanitary Technical Specifications and State Standard Specification. Research results and their novelty: findings give an opportunity to retrace and analyse dynamics and direction of changing of land productivity by its continuous use in agricultural production, it is a basic foundation for development of elements of systems of rational land use, introduction of measures of fertility land reproduction, economic stimulation of landowners and land users. Degree of introduction: Every year agrochemical research of 350-400 thousand hectare agricultural lands is realized within limits of area (oblast). And 3,0-3,5 thousand of agrochemical passports of lots are worked out, thematic cartograms of humus content in soils, basic elements of nutrition, microelements, reactions of soil solution are created.
