Information is studied and systematized about genesis of sight of architecture, his structure, state and tendencies of maintainance, factors of destruction. A historical certificate is made, model architectural researches are conducted, architectonically archaeological measurement, scientific reconstruction of primitive kind which is basis for development of project of restoration and adaptation of house for the official necessities of Public institution - «Institute of food biotechnology and genomiki of the National academy of sciences of Ukraine». New scientific results are set in relation to the wide circle of problems of study, account, guard and use of objects of cultural legacy in the conditions of becoming of the young Ukrainian state which will be instrumental in the best awareness of its role in the cultural legacy of Kyiv and Ukraine.
