The main activity of the Crimean RGPTTS of soil fertility and quality of products is currently the agrochemical certification of the land. Agrochemical certification - a wheel of soil-agrochemical monitoring all types of farmland, fields, which is mandatory once every five years. The survey landowner receives agrochemical passport for each field. Passport agrochemical field contains information about soil fertility, its ecological status (humus content, available phosphorus, exchangeable potassium, the degree of alkalinity, pollution, radionuclides, heavy metals, pesticides). The results of the certification fields are used to justify action aimed at improving soil fertility, improve their agro-ecological conditions and land use management in order to grow high and biologically full crop yields. In addition, the passport is derived integrated assessment of soil fertility on a scale that can be used as the primary metric for valuing land. In subsequent rounds of surveys in the passport will be modified indices of soil fertility resulting from the five-year management. This will react to these changes and to manage soil fertility through the adjustment of the structure of sown crops, processing systems and fertilization, improvement of the complex anti-erosion measures. Certification program agrochemical fields in the coming years will become even more important in connection with the forthcoming imminent cancellation of the moratorium on the sale of farmland. In such circumstances, monetary valuation of hectares of arable land, depending on soil fertility will be possible, subject to the results of the agrochemical certification.
