Were also carried out studies of the effect of tonic GABA-ergichenogo current synchronization processes in the network. In these studies, tonic current was characterized by two parameters: the reversal potential and conductance. It was found that the tonic current with reversal potential below the threshold of action potentials and reduced the frequency of synchronization bits in the network. It is also shown that the synchronization decreased steadily to increase the conductivity of the current. Determined the existence of a tonic conduction current, at which the dynamics of the neural network has a bi-stable character. So on the basis of the results concluded that the tonic inhibitory current decreases synchronization in a network of hippocampal interneurons and, depending on initial conditions in such a network can arise spontaneously synchronous oscillation, similar in nature to epileptic activity.
