Methods of researches - mathematical modeling, natural, laboratory methods of tests, metallography, x-ray spectral analysis, hydrostatical weighing, speed filming, wear resistance at elevated temperatures, impact tests. It is developed and investigated the process of the electric arc welding with programming of the mode parameters. It is defined the influence of induction of magnetic field on the coefficient of melting. Influence of transverse residual tensions is practically fully removed by the previous loading of joined elements before welding.
