Object of study - soil, crop production, fertilizer. The objective of the work - determining the state and dynamics of agro-chemical indexes of soil fertility, volumes of chemicalization and their effects on productivity of fields, levels of pollutions by radionuclides, heavy metals and pesticides in the environment farms of Chernihiv region. Studying the effects of fertilizers and liming on soil productivity, crop quality, etc. Definition the main indexes of soil fertility, which has been made during 2006-2010 years, indicates that the average phosphorus content as compared with VIII tour has reduced on 1mg/kg soil. Most intensively depleted soil in the Polesie. Harvest by the contents of this index is limited in the area of 792 thousand hectares (84%) of arable land. The potassium content during five-year period has increased on 5 mg / kg. At the same time its contents remain inadequate. In soils of the three districts average content of potassium less than 50 mg / kg soil (low), in 17 districts content of K2O in the medium range. In all areas were determined acidification and increases areas of acidic soils. Area of acidic soils in the arable lands compared to the previous tour increased on 3% and has 495,000 hectares (52%) of them high acidic - 40 thousand hectares (4%), medium acidic - 173 thousand hectares (18%), low acidic - 280 (30%). In 10 districts the values of average response of soil solution is in the range of low acidic. Weighted content of organic material on the field during the reporting period increased by 0,2%. Increasing soil organic matter is observed in all soil and climatic zones, but a slight increase these indexes in the soils of region did not affect the overall index of sufficiency. Soils with very low and low its contents take 354.7 thousand ha (37%), most of them are located in Polesie. At the same time, soil with high and very high humus content distributed only on 67 thousand hectares (7%). There have been change in the qualitative assessment of ecological and agrochemical state of soils. Compared with a maximum rate of soil quality in region has decreased at 4 points (9%), with the last tour - 1 point (2%) and it was 45 points, which corresponds to the sixth grade quality (average quality of the soils). In last years the radiation situation has somewhat stabilized. The density of soil pollution by radioactive cesium has decreased, strontium remained at the same level. Almost at the same level is pollution by cesium-137 grain, potatoes and other produce. In the network of observations at monitoring points decreases pollution density of the soil, but the indexes are significantly higher than pre-accident level. Nutritive value of feed is at the level of previous years. There were no significant changes in ecological indexes of pollution natural environment. In single samples the content of heavy metals in soil and pesticide exceeded the permitted levels. As in previous years, there has been excess of allowable levels of nitrates in plant products. Scientific support for the implementation of countermeasures to minimize the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster can improve their effectiveness. According to the two field experiments, uses the pomace and chemical ameliorants reduced the income of cesium-137 from soil to plants in 1,3-2,3 times, strontium-90 - 1,3 -2.4 times. The results of research works have been published in scientific papers. Research methods - agro-chemical, radiological, toxicological, systems analysis and the use of methodical and regulatory documents.
