The work purpose are studying of the basic laws of formation and operated synthesis complex and cluster compounds of transitive metals V ІІ and ІV groups which are perspective for reception of the metal coverings, new inorganic materials, catalytic systems and biologically active substances with the analysis of the mechanism of their action. Methods of researches - thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction and X-ray diffraction the analysis, raster electronic microscopy, electronic and nfrared spectroscopy, ttheoretical and experimental research on the application of preparative and technical chemistry and physical-chemical analysis. As a result of work interaction of complex compounds dirhenium (ІІІ) which contain halogenid and carboxil ligands with free radicals is studied, that allows to use the investigated substances in quality low-emission compounds which show antihemolytic and antiradical activity of reusable action. The system on the basis of metal rhenium which allows to spend conversion of toxic gases NO, SO2 and CO in nontoxical products CO2, N2 and S is developed catalytic.
