Investigation's object - knitting materials and products on their basis. The work purpose - optimisation of the "know-how" of knitting materials and products on their basis. Methods of researches - thermodynamic calculations, mathematical planning of experiment, the chemical and physicomechanical methods of the analysis. It is investigated formation of minerals in system CaO-BaO-Fe2O3-SiO2-SO3. Structures cements and technological conditions of their synthesis are presented. Influence of surface-active substances on efficiency of a grinding cement is investigated, selection assortment grinding bodies for the mills used at factory PAO "Heidelbergcement Ukraine" is executed Is New-Amvrosievka. Methods of preparation of raw materials and technological parametres of processing plaster phosphorus are offered. Are improved structures of dry building mixes of a various functional purpose. Plaster knitting materials with use, as raw materials are developed, a waste of chemical manufactures and their chemical and physicomechanical properties are investigated. Concrete polystyrene structures are developed for arrangement of floors and a thermal protection of roofs. Use area - manufacture to cement, manufacture of products from plaster for use in buildings, manufacture of dry kinds of mixes for plaster.
