Realization of tasks was carried out by formation and development of reference fund, updating and actualization of corporate databases by the distributed principle. For the period of performance of applied development the organization of updating, actualization and processing of reference fund the Poltava CSTEI on conditions of the distributed formation is carried out, namely: help - information fund the Poltava CSTEI has replenished on 5,5 thousand copies. The help -search device has increased on 2 thousand descriptions of documents, including 2 thousand records in an electronic kind. Updating and actualization and corporate databases: " The summary electronic catalogue of editions STI " 1920 records, " Scientific and technical achievements of Ukraine " 87 records, " The Enterprises of Ukraine: Addresses and the nomenclature " 116 records, are staticized - 105 records.
