Ovcharenko Institute of biocolloidal Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 It is offered phenomenology of vital activity for biocolloids based on taking into consideration the effect of changes in the composition of dispersion medium due to in vivo excretion of microorganisms extracellular metabolites first of all - of water soluble extracellular biopolymers (EPS). For the phenomenon of bioadhesion-heterocoagulation (BA-HC) the mechanism of influence of extracellular metabolites of living cells is associated with the effect neutralization coagulation due to selective adsorption of EPS of microorganisms on the particles/surfaces. It has allowed to agree the interpretation according to the DLWO theory and experimental results of increasing of heterocoagulation in the active growth phase and during activation of cells when their negative charge of cells increase. For biosorption (BS) phenomenon the mechanism associated with the effects of EPS chelation with ions of heavy metals Men+ю. It was experimentally shown that , firstly, concentration of free ions is decreasing and, secondly, arise an additional process of adsorption of complexes EPS-Men+ on the cells of microorganisms, which activation energy depends on the type of cations. Experimental study of such effects and their quantitative comparisons allowed to explain the impact of vital activity of microorganisms on biosorption phenomenon. The results of the experimental study of the influence of PVB on the effects of BA-HC and BS lead to the conclusion that the microenvironment of alive biological cells is the ancillary barrier (an additional to the plasma membrane), which performs selective functions in relation to external transport of nutrients in colloidal and ionic state to the surface of cells. Nanooncomedicine.Bioconjugates-BC and nanocomposites-NC were created (synthesized) on a base of nanoparticles and nanocrystals of gold, platinum, polysaccharides of Chlorella vulgaris and doxorubicin It was proved their toxic action on cancer cells and tumours. Doses (concentrations) of BC and Nc were defined in in vitro investigation on the base of the special experimental work package. This study included investigations of heterocoagulation of BC and Nc with cells, kinetics of this process and, simultaneously, kinetics of cytotoxic effect. In experiences in vivo the sarcoma-180 tumour has disappeared at half of test animalS (mice) in 10-14 days after one intravenous injection of BC or Nc.
