Possibility of formalization of analytical information, describing the aggregate of cytological, biochemical and biophysical changes under the action of clastogenic factors complex on the basis of surface plasmon resonance perfomances of nanobiological objects is shown. Calculations and visualization of electric potential distribution of plasmon modes are conducted for different form and sizes of nanoparticles by a programm-mathematical modeling. Dependences of extinction and scattering coefficients of spherical nanoparticles are optimized for the different values of dielectric permeability of environment and the sensor sensitivity is evaluated. The developed methodology of the vector-normalized identification of interferential pictures of surface plasmon resonance does not require large temporal and resource expences. The structural decisions of design of static and dynamic biosensors are developed, their perspective in an analysis and reveal of spatial-structural features of functionalized and decorated blood components is shown. The system of measuring results treatment is developed with the use of technology of neuron networks construction, and also mathematical apparatus of multiple scale wavelet-analisys.
