Research method: comparative analysis, method of analysis of hierarchies and system generalization. In spite of high actuality of providing of troops modern trainer facilities, presence them in the troops (educational establishments) of SS of Ukraine now makes a very small percent. Greater part from them morally ustareli or worked the resource, therefore the state of full strength uchebno-trenirovochnymi facilities (UTS) of new generation abandons to wish the best. On this time full strength of soldiery parts of SV of SS of Ukraine does not exceed 15-20% the trainers of softening-up and driving of the mechanized and tank subdivisions from a necessity, the remain of their technical resource is outspent on 99%. On the basis of analysis of existent nomenclature of UTS of both old generation and modern standards, the basic criteria of estimation of modern trainer facilities which correspond the necessities of troops are grounded in a robot, the mathematical estimation of quality of present trainer facilities is conducted which in future it is expedient to utillize in the uchebno-trenirovochnom process of the combat training of SV of SS of Ukraine and requirement in them on a period to 2015 year. Reduction of quantity and planned integration SS of Ukraine them in the collective system of safety of European Union, set the problem of preparation of high-quality specialists of military business before them . One of perspective directions of performance of this objective is the use in combat training of troops of modern uchebno-trenirovochnykh facilities and virtual imitation design which allows to create the proper battle environment for achievement of foregoing purpose in the conditions of the limited time and resources. All of it is an obuslavlivaet necessity of revision of high-quality descriptions and the basic requirements to modern UTS in SV of SS of Ukraine. Research job (NIR) performances will be used for creation of the single program of development and production of perspective UTS and modernizations of out-of-date trainer facilities for providing of the effective combat training of SV of SS of Ukraine.
