The followings tasks were decided: Analysis of technical descriptions and possibilities, places and roles of operational and tactical UAV in the organization structures of Army of developed countries of the world. Substantiation the suggestions of place, role and list of tasks which must be executed of operational and tactical UAV. Determining the necessary amount operational and tactical UAV for subdivisions of Army. Methods of researches which are used for development of materials, it is a comparative analysis and system generalization. In-process conducted: - selection and study of scientific and technical literature about of operational and tactical UAV in the organization structures of Army of developed countries; - technical descriptions and possibilities of operational and tactical UAV are analyzed; - a place and role of operational and tactical UAV in the organization structures of armies of developed countries; - tasks that decide by the operational and tactical UAV of Army Ukraine are analyzed; - determinated and grounded tasks which must be execute by operational and tactical UAV; - a suggestions of place and role of operational and tactical UAV in the system of getting a reconnaissance information was made; - the necessary amount of operational and tactical UAV is substantiated for subdivisions of Army Ukraine. On the basis of the conducted research was a substantiation of place and role of operational and tactical UAV in the system of getting the reconnaissance information.
