The special attention is spared the questions of development new RLS CR with high level of automation and increases reliability. Advantages gives systems in which information from RLS CR complemented with information from other sources. The followings tasks were decided: 1. To conduct the analysis of technical descriptions and possibilities, places and roles RLS CR in the organization structures of subdivisions and units of Armies of developed countries. 2. To ground suggestions the place, the role and tasks which must be executed perspective RLS CR. 3. To develop and ground tactical and technical requirements to RLS CR. 4. To define the requirements of subdivisions Army of Ukraine in perspective RLS CR. The purpose of work was development, ground and grant of tactical and technical requirements to RLS CR. Methods which were utilized during the researches were a comparative analysis and system generalization. Methods of decision of scientific tasks are a theory of expert estimations and planning of experiment, fuzzy logic sets, analyses of operations and theory of the graphs. In-process conducted: - the state and prospects of development RLS CR in modern soldiery conflicts; - the analysis of structure, tactical and technical descriptions and documents which regulate the use and development perspective RLS CR in the developed countries; - perspective directions of development, destiny and bases of the battle use for RLS CR.
