Polystyrene nanoparticles with luminophors were obtained by the method of water dispersion polymerization in the presence of surface active oligomers. Work aim: Elaboration of methods of formation of nanocomposites polymer particles with luminophors that can be used as markers at bioanalytic investigations. Investigation methods: Particle size was measured by light dispersion and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Luminescent spectra were registered by automatic spectral apparatus. Luminescence spectra were exciting by light with wave length of 260 nm that was separated by primary monochromator MDR-2. Luminophor content in polymer core was determined by UV spectroscopy. New methods of controlled synthesis of new nanocomposites containing fluorescein defend from evolving and reaction active shells on the surface of particles are elaborated.
