Metal-containing carbon fibres containing 20-30 mass % of highly-dispersed metal have been shown to be the promising fillers for obtaining carbon plastics. Mathematical methods of experiment planning were used to obtain some equations which adequately describe the dependency of thermophysical characteristics on the composition of a hybride filler. Investigation of the surface reflection of mathematical simulations gives an opportunity to define the optimal composition of organoplastics: Rusar S fibre - 11-14, fullerene black - 1.5-2.5, phenilon - 83.5-87.5 mass %.
