It is based on the use of new oligoelectrolyte surfactants and nanoscale delivery systems with their conjugates with DNA in water. Chemical and physical methods of destabilization of membranes have been used in order to improve delivery of DNA in 1.5-2 times in the developed method. Shown that new media is oligoelectrolyte non-toxic and mutagenic. The method of DNA delivery can be widely applied in biological research, as well as the biotech industry.
