During this period variational wave functions of bulk local states of charge carriers (electrons, holes, positrons) in the quasi zero dimensional systems are built. The expressions for dipole transition momentums and oscillator strengths as parameter functions of quasi dimensional nanosystems are obtained. The formulae that describe the absorption and diffusion cross-sections of electromagnetic wave as parameter functions of quasi dimensional systems are received. The light absorption and diffusion in the bulk local states (electrons, holes, positrons) in the quasi zero dimensional systems: absorption and diffusion cross-sections of electromagnetic wave as parameter functions of quasi zero dimensional systems are examined.
