During this method the triangular frame of axis was used. Except the electron and hole kinetic energy the exciton hamiltonian includes electrostatic energy and polarization interaction energy of electron and hole with the spherical surface of sphere division. The polarization energy is recorded via Green's function, Poisson's equation. The choice of wave functions within the bounds of the new method gives the opportunity to solve the singularity problem in the exciton composite function that moves in the quantum dot. On the grounds of the new modification method where the reduced effective mass is a radius function of quantum dot, the distribution energy and exciton bound energy as the radius function of quantum dot were obtained.
