The methods of scientific research is the agricultural ecology and chemistry passport system of the agricultural, monitoring of contamination of soils, water, products by a radionuclide, heavy metals, by remains of pesticides and agrochemical, determination of quality indexes of forages of products of plant-grower, food stuffs, mineral, organic fertilizers, calciferous materials, computation methods with the use of software products of determination of necessity of fertility, rehabilitation measures, creation of project-estimate documentation on liming, creation of new and renewal of existent bases of given, creation of digital cartographic materials, carrying out field test and experiments. Sampling and analysis of soils, products plant-grower and agrochemical was conducted according to the methods foreseen by state standards and normative documents [2, 5, 7-9, 11-12, 14, 16-17, 22-29]. In the selected sample the determination of indexes physical, agrochemical and heavy metals, remains of pesticides, radionuclide was conducted foreseen by an agricultural ecology chemical passport. At implementation of researches were used pH-150, FC-101, PAGE-3, I-160, EV-74, "Specol-11", "Biohrom", S-115M, "Julia-2", EVT-SP+, AMA-03F-03Ф, SEG-1-1, SEG-01-01, SEG-05-05, CRC - 1, Karl Zeiss. The results of researches are that their novelty - it is set by researches: level securing of soils by nutritious matter, organic matter, degree of acidity of soils, the state of contamination by radionuclide, heavy metals, pesticides; quality of products of plant-grower and agrochemical, water. Insufficient bringing of organic and mineral fertilizers, liming of acidity soils was led to reduction of maintenance of nutritive matter, rise of acidity soils. The tendency of reduction of contamination soils heavy metals and radionuclide with the previous round of inspection is marked. The high-quality indexes of products became better due to introduction of new varieties of cultures, conducting of rehabilitation measures, use of new more safe pesticides and stimulator of growth of plants. The result of job performances are presented as a post-mortem scientific report and separate reports after the subject of researches, projects on liming acidity soils and bringing of mineral fertilizers, regional programs. The degree of introduction - results of researches introduction in all economies of region for the effective using of fertilizers, liming acidity soils, realization of rehabilitation measures on contamination territories for state and regional program development.
