Au NPs with average size of 30 nm are the most biocompatible and recommended for use in technologies of diagnostic device designing and target pharmaceutical delivery; for metal containing probiotic preparation production; for bacterial culture collections maintenance as well as for creation of immunobilogical preparations of different profile; for stimulation of cultural, reproductive, and biological properties of industrial strains of microorganisms being under the stress conditions and long-term storage. Immobilized microorganisms, included into the activated sludge floccules composition, have some advantage for realization of heavy metals extraction by sorption. Hybrid preparations, obtained by chemically induced formation of colloidal silver in microorganism's cell wall, contain chain aggregates formed by 1,5-2,5 nm Ag colloids and have high microbicidal activity. In liquid-phase medium at1,16-8,17 M Ag+, the microbostatic effect was obtained, at more than 29 M concentration, the full growth suppression occurred; when mixed colloidal particles of Ag and Cu formed, the microbocidal activity increased as a result of synergism effect. The pulse electric field effect on bacteria surface hydrophobicity and nano-phase formation in microbe matrix had an activation behavior.
