Objects of investigation - apiaries, bees, brood, agents of infectious diseases, available gut organisms. Purpose of investigation - monitoring of epizootological situation concerning infectious bee diseases, indication and identification of representatives of bee available gut organisms, study of its antibiotic properties, antagonistic activity as well as influence on indexes of unspecific resistance. Methods of investigations are epizootological, parasitological, microbiological. Theoretical and practical results. There was determined that that seasonal dynamic of development of infectious bee diseases during the active period of beekeeping condition on by the quality of veterinary-sanitary measures, occurrence and variety of entomophilous cultures in zone of apiary location, bee species features. There was carried out high indexes of antagonistic activity and adhesive ability of L. plantarum, isolated from melliferous bee especially with addition of polypeptide substance as well as the increase of indexes of unspecific resistance of bee's organism. Among the disinfectants preparations on the base of polyhexamethyleneguanidine were more effective. There was established that formic and oxalic acids haven't negative effect on bees and its developmental stages. The occurrence of varroa mite resistance to the traditional acaricides (varoacid, taktamit, apisan) wasn't registered. Novelty - there was given the assessment of epizootological situation concerning infectious bee diseases in Ukraine. The system of bee protection was improved, methods of disease control on the base of representatives of available gut organisms and its metabolites as well as organic acids were founded. Efficiency of introduction: 20 percent improvement of tehnology. The sphere (field) of application it are laboratories of veterinary medicines, beekeeping, private apiaries.
