The present project realizad the experimental research of the exchange interaction influence between the electrons and holes captured to tunneling connected quantum dots placed to the compact ordered with the size Ge QDs array in Si. This influence of the exchange interaction can be quite considerable when the distance between nearest QDs layers becomes small enough (3-5 nm in the order). This project provided the quality control of the investigated structures by means number of well-known analytical methods, such as Admittance spectroscopy, Atomic Force microscopy, ESR-spectroscopy.
