Results of researches. The substantive provisions of conception of perspective development of technological processes and hardwares of grain-crops harvesting with the sparing operating on grain and soil are developed and tested. New conceptual positions are grounded in relation to the improvement of technological processes and workings organs make mechanics-technological pre-conditions of development of grain-crops combine harvesting and decision of main problems, directed on diminishing of losses and damage of grain, improvements of economy and ecofriendlyness of technologies and harvesting technique. Compatible from DP of KB "Yuzhnoye" and TOV NVP the "Kherson machine-building plant" developed and tested base concept model of new generation combine harvester family of with a capacity within the limits of 6-15 kg/s. The physical phenomena of transformation of technological material and co-operation of him are found out with workings organs in the line technological process of grain threshing, accumulation of him in the combine grain tank and also unloading from a grain tank on principle "drift". Functional dependences which determine the terms of damage and loss of grain are got. Basic factors which influence on the physical processes of destruction and loss of grain and the expert estimation of their ponderability is done are certain. Offered for domestic building of combines basic structurally technological descriptions of base models of perspective combine harvesters of small, middle, high and extra high capacity, accordingly: 1-3,0 kg/s; 3-6 kg/s; 6-15 kg/s; 15-25 kg/s of technological material and technologically by a necessary quantity accordingly: 15; 17; 115 and 3 thousands of units. Financial viability of lead through of improvements of combine harvesters is well-proven with the purpose of the use them as mobile energy machines of "Agroprocessor" for implementation of any processes in field-crop cultivation. The expedience of making of tractors with the use of combine harvesters component is grounded (cabs, engines, workings systems, electro- and electronic equipment and others like that). The adapter for rape harvesting is developed and tested, that allows decreasing the losses of grain after a header on 20-25% in the area of divisor.
