The technological properties, biocompatibility and phase composition were obtained. Microwave influence on mechanism interdiffusion and mass transport direction in solids and microstructure evolution in ceramic materials were investigated. The experiments were carried out for systems with unrestricted mutual solubility BaTiO3 - SrTiO3 , Al2O3-Cr2O3, KCl-KBr. The influence of metal-activators (Ni, Co, Fe) on kinetics of (W, Mo)-Sn composite densification during liquid phase sintering were investigated. The mass transport direction in Cr-Cu-Fe and Cr-Cu-Co systems during liquid phase sintering in vacuum was studied. The densification, chemical interaction and structure formation during reaction sintering of composites with unstable inorganic compounds were studies. The general (wave) equation of local kinetics for heterogeneous process in peritectic point was worked out. The features of preparation, microstructure and physicochemical properties of glass ceramics on base of biogenic hydroxyapatite and phosphate blends were studied.
