The proposed scheme includes a serial adding to the iron powder of oleic acid, softened epoxy resin that is homogeneously spread over the surface of iron powder. The abrasive holding to the iron base is achievable due to a joint mixing of the abrasive and the plasticizer of the iron powder, and polymerization of the binder. The working capability of such powders is provided due to a complexity of chemisorbent, sorbent, frictional and magnetic bonds that are generated between the abrasive and the iron particle base during magnetoabrasive machining. The attained roughness on standards from steel of St-45 made Ra -0,08-0,12 мкм.
