Karazin popup.description2 The main object of the work - organic sensing compounds and composite materials on their base for water toxicity analysis.The work is devoted to the synthesis and spectral study of the new derivatives of pyri-dine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid 3-hydroxychromone, composite materials on their base as prospective fluorescent sensors for the heavy metals ions. A series of potentially fluoroionoforic molecules on basis of dipicolinic acid and 3-ydroxychromone were synthesized. The optical properties of the synthesized compounds in the solvents with different polarity and complexation with several heavy metals cations were inves-tigated. Composite materials on the base of the obtained compounds and solid support: polymer on the base of butyl-metacrylate, conjugate with alginic acid and micro dispersed silica gel. High fluorescent capability, considerable proton affinity and sensitivity to polyvalent metal ions for received compounds were found. The chemosensor material with ultrahigh sensi-tivity to mercury ions was obtained allowing to conduct analysis of this highly toxic pollutant in the drinking water in its concentrations on several orders below the maximal safety level accord-ing to the world medical standards.
