The features of the multilevel systems are described. The general scheme of interaction of decision-making tasks at the different situations of making decision and the general features of interaction of decision-making tasks were defined. Methodological bases and principles of the decision support ontology-driven systems design were developed. Methodology of development of ontology of processes of decision making is described, which based on represantion of multilevel system and decision-making realized through the model of context. Approaches and methods of multilevel ontology description for presentation of process of interaction of subject domains, tasks, models, algorithms and software realization are created . Common classes and objects of ontology of description of the multilevel system are presented. Statement of interactive decision making problem was described . Methodologies of development of the applied integrated information decision making environment and technologies of it's functioning was designed. The main features of ontology of description of the multilevel system were considered. The different types of relations, arising up between component parts and objects of process of decision making was described. Relations, which show interaction process of decision making and can describe by relations of direct submission; information exchange; functional submission; functional concordance and co-ordination, and also relation executions, which descibe by the relations of substitution at execution, relation of joint execution and relation of denial of implementation between corresponding objects was considered.
