Method of research - in work the complex method of testing with application of methods mathematical, simulation modeling, system, factor, mathematical, information analysis, mathematical statistics, probability theory, reliability theory, theory of control, fuzzy logic and theory of indistinct sets, method of research of human-machine systems utilised: psychophysics, biomechanics, psychology etc., mine, full-scale time-study and visual supervision, with usage of modern intelligence systems, devices and computer complexes. The mathematical models of systems " a link of the colliers - longwall set of equipment ", " the engineman - a mine combine of a modern technological level ", " coal mine - group of higly loaded longwalls " are designed. Are established of regularity of complex influencing of parameters of systems on parameters of efficiency and safety of processes of a coal mining. The experimental researches of biomechanical, psychophysical parameters and features of the person of the colliers are conducted. The criteria of estimations of readiness of main systems to a secure coal mining are designed. The technological principles of increase of readiness of a system " the colliers - longwall set of equipment " to high-performance and safe operation are designed. Are designed the techniques of complex optimization of parameters and regimes of a coal mining by higly loaded longwalls with allowance for of human factor are inserted. The techniques and methodical guidelines are approved in Department of a labour safety and exceeding situations of the Ministry of a coal industry of Ukraine, are transferred SC "Dongiprouglemash", SC "Donugi", are inserted in JSC "Krasnodonugol", JSC "Павлоградуголь", are transferred DonGTU Ministryof education and science of Ukraine. The actual economic benefit of an intrusion of techniques and guidelines has compounded 960 thousand UAH, the anticipated economic benefit has compounded more than 11 million. UAH annually. The forecast of the proposal concerning development of object of researches - full implementation of a manufacturing potential of coal mines, output on a level of high overall economics at the expense of implementation of optimum regimes of an extraction of thin flat seams by higly loaded longwalls with allowance for of human factor, increase of a level of safety and overall performance of the colliers.
