The analysis of experience of leading world producers is executed for optimizations of the modes of exploitation of high-power электропечей, analysis of high-quality indexes of electrode mass (including firms "Элкем Карбон"). The comparative estimation of potential is conducted set on NZF and SZF of equipment with possibility of making of electrode mass of enhanceable quality taking into account the necessities of enterprises. Compounding of electrode mass of enhanceable quality is worked out with the use of both new types of graphitized and коксоугольных materials and traditionally used at the plant - anthracite of Rovenkovskoi ОF and graphite . The increase of operating firmness of the самообжигающихся oneself electrodes of high-power stoves is provided on Nikopol and Zaporizhzhya plants of ferro-alloys.As a result of the worked out measures which are inculcated in the conditions of the Zaporizhzhya plant of ferro-alloys the expense of electrode mass went down at smelting of silicomanganese on 8%, electric power on 3%, the productivity of stoves is enhanceable on 2,5-3%, that allows to save 2,5 тыс tone in the year of electrode mass, the electric power , a total economic effect makes a more than 20 million hrn.
