There was used analytic substantiation of parameters on setting of norms of preparedness of ore reserves and metal in them after mining by heading-and-stall and slice methods. Statistical method was used for correlating between ore reserves prepared and ready to mining at the Michurinskoye deposit in the period of stable, efficient and rhythmic operation of the mine. Results of the work. The Instruction was developed on setting of norms of ore reserves prepared and ready to mining at the mine of SE "Site Management". There were established dependences of value of prepared reserves advance in relation to those ready to mining on order of preparation, development, mining of the excavation units (blocks, subfloors, slices) in beds characterized by the reserve and mining method factors; the list of initial data for determination of volumes of ore reserves prepared and ready to mining and metal, as well as volumes of preparatory and development works depending on the ore reserves prepared and ready to mining and metal. Social value: "Instruction on setting of norms of ore reserves prepared and ready to mining" will allow providing the set annual mining capacity of uranium products and their quality. Prognosis suggestions about development of the subject of the work executed: results of the work will be used for mining of the ore reserves prepared and ready to mining at the mine of SE "Site Management" of Novokonstantinovskoye deposit.
