Physico-mechanical, thermal, thermophysical, tribological properties of composite materials have been investigated. The composition of materials based on thermoplastic and thermoreactive binders filled with fibrous and ultradisperse fillers has been improved; the exploitation conditions ranges have been defined for carbon plastics based on phenilon. IR- absorption spectra of the developed composition materials have been investigated. Test samples of details for Don-1500Б harvester (straw-shaker shaft bearing, harvester screw conveyor eyelet), sliding bearings for flax-harvesters and bushings for drag plate chains of flow technological roller plant lines have been designed and produced.
