Within this project implemented a comprehensive interdisciplinary study has two main areas: psychological and sociological. The first direction is developing methodological grounds and justification requirements for university psychological service provision and support educational and research process. The second direction concerns the study of the real needs of the educational process of higher education in creating an enabling environment through modern achievements of psychological and sociological sciences. The main goal of the project - to assist students to adapt and optimize the training of teachers and researchers in working conditions that can be transformed. With this development the authors are seeking to increase the overall level of psycho-social competence at the university, thereby achieve harmonious conditions for implementing cooperation in training and education system of the university. Continued development of the project scientifically supported position of university psychological service provision and support educational and research process. Object of research - the problem of psychological services and functional responsibilities of its employees in a modern classic university. Subject of research - functional relationships, structure and composition of the psychological service to the specific Kharkiv National University V.N.Karazin and distribution of functional responsibilities of its employees.
