Procedures are developed and standard deeds for definition of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in silicium on the basis of a method of regenerative fusion, and the free and bound carbon are prepared by a coulometric analysis method. There are begun operations on working out of a procedure of the assaying of silicium with use of an issue spectrometer iCAP-6500 DUO with excitation of devices is inductive-coherent plasma. The procedure of preparation of samples of silicium to the assaying is developed and the milling fraction, chemical agents and a time necessary for dissolution of samples is chosen. The microelement test solute for gauging on devices Ca, Mn, Al, B and Na is selected. Prestress gauging on definition referred to above devices is completed and trial assayings are carried out.
