On the basis of the data sets acceptable for analyses of statistical significant climate anomalies including data of standard observations of Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Service, NCEP/NCAR re-analyses data sets in 1950-2008 on air (AT) and sea surface temperature (SST), precipitation, sea level pressure and data of hydrobiologycal monitoring during the same period, while fat of fish was analysed as the best indicator of Black sea ecosystem state, the main components of hydrometeorological system and hydrobyological environment was studied and the main typical time-scales were selected. It was noted that the significance of the variability estimation is depended on the data series length, quality and methods of analyses and processing. It was found the scale conjunction both interannual and more low-frequency variability of as the AT and SST as the level of energetic (fat) contain dynamics of fish excess and small pelagic fish population (sprot and хамсы). This result points on important role of natural interannual-interdecadal processes in the variability of complex Black sea ecosystem state under the antropogenic stress.
