It is established that doping copper boride phases increases the wear resistance of boride layers 3 times, Nb - 2, 1 times, Ti - 2.4 times, Cr and V- 1,5 times. Wear resistance of boride coatings under dry friction-slip is 14 times higher wear resistance of bronze of Cu - Al - Mn and 54 times in the application of boride layers doped with copper. In alloyed boride coatings are formed of residual compressive stresses up to 800MPa and contribute to the growth of wear resistance of boride layers.
