For the photosystem 1 a decrease in the signal amplitude P700 was shown as well as reducing the contribution of individual components in the kinetics of light oxidation. The use of light of low intensity (5-10 thousands Lux) causes an increase in signal amplitude and in the contributions of individual components. Light of higher intensity increases the degree of damage to reaction centers of PS 1. For PS 2 heating at temperatures 45 C causes a decrease in functional activity by 90% and the appearance of a large number of damaged reaction centers. The use of light of low intensity (5-10 tys.Lyuks) during heating leads to the conservation of functional activity at the level of 70-80% in comparison with control. Llight of higher intensity does not cause a protective effect.
