It was found that the structural state (the type of short range order) of amorphous carbon correlated with technological parameters of synthesis. It was shown that the type of short-range order of the amorphous carbon is controlled by the nature of the working liquid, namely by the degree of hybridization of carbon atoms in its molecule - a source of carbon.
