It is suggested to use the results of scientific work as a methodics in expert and judicial-investigatory practice at setting and conducting of judicial-economic investigations. Research objects are primary documents, cargo-customs declarations, information of currency and calculation accounts, contractual document, information of book-keeping and tax account, which testify to realization of economic operations with currency, and also operations in which currency is the mean of calculations. The purpose of the work is to create the normatively grounded methodics helping to solve the questions regarding the reflection of currency operations in a book-keeping and tax account by judicial-economic investigations. A research method is a system analysis of total combination of elements which make the system of book-keeping and tax account of enterprises, supervisions and structural analysis of how judicial-economic investigations of currency operations are practically carried out.
