Subject of study - optimization of structural and electric circuit diagrams of the units serving processing and measurements of the telemetry channel. Optimization is concerned with speed and volume of the transferred AE-data, minimization the time for data transmission and energy consumption from power supply during the work of equipment. The goal of the first stage of the project is development of a concept and engineering a channel for extraction, primary processing and telemetric transmission of the AE-information. In order to achieve the goal described in the project the literature was reviewed regarding the methods and instrumentation for extraction and transmission of information during acoustic emission monitoring of continuously working objects of high importance. The effectiveness of the known protocols (ZigBee, Wire Fire, BlueTooth) was analyzed. The structural diagram of the channel for extraction, primary processing and telemetric transmission of the AE-information has been developed. The quantitative technical characteristics of the engineered telemetric channel have been experimentally determined.
