That is why we have to attend to their continuous condition monitoring. Thanks to information capacity of vibration signals, quick development of computer systems and non-destructive ability, the more powerful tool of mechanical systems monitoring is vibrodiagnostic. Present methods for vibration signals analysis are based on the stationary random processes theory. The usage of probability model as a periodically correlated random process let us make early diagnostic. In the case of complex mechanical systems, as thermal power plant's turbogenerators and gas-compressor unit, the vibrations signals are taken from different its parts. That is why it is proposed to develop methods for statistical analysis of vector periodically correlated random processes as a model of vibration signal. The algorithms and software for vibration signals probability characteristics estimation should be developed and the properties of vibration signals probability characteristics should be analyzed. Using the obtained results the new information criteria should be proved and the diagnostic methodic for rotating mechanisms should be developed. The usage of blind source separation method to random component separation will lead us to statistically independent vibration sources identification, and therefore will minimize processing error. The application this theory to real data will let us make a diagnostic of complex mechanical systems by processing the vibration signals from different parts of the mechanisms.
