The object of investigation is the military servicemen and-women-men who differ in social and legal aspects and roles, with their physical and psychological characteristics. The subject of the study are the status of interaction between members of both sexes, status and role differences between them, their relationships and interactions in the armed forces in the interest of increasing the combat readiness of troops (forces). The purpose of the work is to establish the methodological and practical foundations gender policy in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the analysis of foreign and domestic experience, preparation of practical recommendations to commanders (chiefs) on the organization and implementation of the activities of the troops (forces). Research methods: general (dialectical) method, the analytic-synthetic method, logical and epistemological analysis, specifically, historical methods (problem-chronological, comparative historical analysis) system-a complex methodology, theory of military control. Structure of the report include: introduction, body, the final part (the conclusions and recommendations), add-on. In the first substantive section reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations gender policy in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Comparative analysis of domestic and foreign policy experience in the implementation gender in the army carried out in the second section. The third section presented the results of expert social research: an analysis of the dynamics and effectiveness gender policy in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The results of studies of the manifestations of gender-based: masculinity and femininity and soldiers of both articles presented in the fourth section. The final part contains conclusions and recommendations concerning the organization and implementation of gender the troops (forces).
