Purpose - to create a modern methodical and operatous-programmatic complex, which allows to execute the psychological and psychophisical testing for finding out of individual properties and abilities, possibility to carry out specific tasks in difficult cercumstances and in the sharply limited time, and also for a help the teachers of educational establishments to create ideal terms while carring out of practical and laboratory work. The special attention was payed on the development of methodical pre-conditions and modern requirements to procedure and program-aparatous in modern laboratory psychological research. On psycho-methodical bases a operatous-programmatic complex "Psikhotest", which consists of two parts - electronic part with the use of modern electronic components, is created, and programmatic, which gives possibility to execute plenty of the various testing and bring results to the database which possibility to look after the dynamics of changes of results of testing separate probed during the set time will be got by. As a result of implementation of this project a modern operatous-programmatic complex for the psychophisical and psychological testing, which does not yield to parameters the analogical oversea systems, is developed and created. The created complex answers a world level, and is let in on the ground due to portability, resheduling and fitness of construction, for an improvement. During research the computer methods of research of anticipatous attencious properties of personality were tested on the example of the separate computer programs. Two new methods which do not have direct analogues are described in detail. On the basis of the developed methodical recommendations and with the use of operatous -programmatic complex conducted test in the situation of research and educational work. These tests rotined a high level accordance of the created operatous -programmatic complex for the wide circle of tasks. Another experimental work assignment touched development of requirements to the external peripheral equipment which will be additionally created, and due to possibility of increase and expansion, will be connected to the existent equipment. Drawn on the results of NDR in educational and scientifically research work with students and in diagnostic work. Development is inculcated in the educational process of faculty of psychology.
