The aim of science is the creation method of distribution of the Troops of the Interior military unit forces on the basis of the prognosis of dynamics tasks in the emergency area conditioned by social-political factors. Research conducted on the basis of consideration of experience in the application of the Interior Troops of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the like structures using modern mathematical apparatus and known principles of modeling. Along with this general scientific methods were applied knowledge of problem situations: historical, logical, comparative-legal, structural and functional, statistical, modeling. The result of scientific work are: development of theoretical issues concerning the organization and distribution of the Troops of the Interior military units forces on the basis of the prognosis of dynamics tasks in the emergency area conditioned by social-political factors; development of proposals and recommendations on hardware and computer complex for determining the distribution of the Troops of the Interior military units forces on the basis of the prognosis of dynamics tasks in the emergency area conditioned by social-political factors; development of algorithms and models that are implemented as part of determining of the distribution of the Troops of the Interior military units' forces on the basis of the prognosis of dynamics tasks in the emergency area conditioned by social-political factors. Research has scientific and practical significance and is aimed at improving the efficiency of service and combat tasks by the Interior Troops in in the emergency area conditioned by social-political factors.
