Neutron irradiation and formation of defect structure in carbon-doped MgB2-based materials rather increase the irreversibility field and critical current density. The irradiation of bulk YBCO leads to substantial increase of critical current density (in 2,5 times at 77,5 К in zero magnetic field and in 8 times at 60 К in 0,8 Т field).
