It was resulted, in vitro MSCs cultures isolated from different tissues of C57BL/6 and CBA mice (dermis, thymus stroma, adipose tissue, bone marrow stroma) were obtained. The tests for osteo- and adipogenesis differentiations of cultured MSCs were also carried out. In the control group of CBA mice without a living dermal equivalent implantation, the non-healing and the wound contraction to the 20th day post-burn was observed up to 32% (100% - 2nd day post-necrectomy). At the same time, the same value in the experimental CBA mice group with a dermal equivalent implantation was, on average, to the 15th day - 16%, and to the 20th day post-burn the resulted wound was completely healed.
