Work purpose is development of Ukravtodor Organisation's Standards (UOS) for bitumen, modified adds of different categories, those will allow to attribute not only the normative base to manufacturing, but also to product and use the high-quality modified bitumen. Research methods is analytical review of literature sources, publications, materials of conferences, these dedicated to application of modifying adds; analysis of results, tests, scientific and technical reports on research of bitumen, different categories of modified adds and asphalted concretes obtained on their basis. Implementation of developed Document, taking into account scientific achievements of last years, appearance of new adds, specifics of home-made bitumen, stone materials and asphalted concretes obtained on their basis, will provide a high quality of modified bitumen, and also will stimulate their wide use in motor road industry constructions. Development of UOS will be instrumental in the production of high-quality modified bitumen, which will provide a long life quality to pavement with high operational characteristics.
